Prices
All items on offer are clearly priced. All prices include VAT where applicable. All delivery prices are given for every hamper on offer. There are no hidden charges.

Substitutions 
While photography and descriptions are intended to be accurate, we reserve the right to substitute items of similar or greater value if for any reason those stated are unavailable.

Telephone Orders
If you desire to place your order directly with isleofmanhampers.com, please call us at 01624 662410. Our hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday – Friday and 9am to 12.00pm Saturday. After business hours, you are welcome to leave us a message on our voice mail system and someone will contact you the following morning.

isleofmanhampers.com welcomes all major credit cards. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet.

Our shopping basket is secured by 128-bit SSL. Cancellations
We require at least two working days notice for cancellations prior to stated delivery day. Cancellation prior to the two working days notice period will incur no charge. We are unable to cancel orders with less than two working days notice.
