Post-a-Rose goes to great lengths to ensure the security and privacy of your order information. All online orders go through our shopping cart and order processing service. As you complete our online order form, the details are encrypted prior to transmission to our SSL (secure layer socket). On receipt, sensitive order details are encrypted again for maximum security. We are certified by Thawte SSL via our hosting partners 3 Leg Ltd. The shopping system makes use of cookies only to remember which items have been ordered. These cookies do not collect any personal data about the user or track their movement within our site. Data held within the ordering system is only accessible by Post-a-Rose and 3 Legs Ltd staff.

How personal information is collected and used
When a customer orders with Post-a-Rose via the Internet the following data in captured.

Name/Title/Address: Ensure accurate delivery of all written correspondence to the customer. Used in all contact with a customer with regard to orders and advise of future product offerings.

Phone Number: Used only for easily contacting customers in the event of a problem arising with an order.

Email Address: Used to easily contacting customers in the event of a problem arising with an order. This may also be used to advise customers of any special offers and product offerings.

Payment Details: Includes cardholders name, card numbers, card start from date, card expiry date and issue number (where applicable). Used to process the card payment.

Recipient Details: Including name/title, address and personal message. Used to ensure accurate despatch of order. Recipients are never contacted regarding any future promotions or product offerings.

Data Protection

We will not make the customers personal information available to any commercial organisation, but we may contact you from time to time to advise you of our product or services. If you would prefer not to receive further communications from Post-a-Rose, please write to us.

Shopping Cart & Order Processing System

The shopping cart and order processing service used by this website is provided by 3 Legs Limited. The system makes use of cookies only to remember which items you have ordered. These cookies do not collect any personal data about the user or track their page movements within our site. All personal information is sent to the web server via an SSL link. The SSL certificate for this service is provided by Thawte. The data held in the ordering system is only accessible by Post-a-Rose staff and 3 Legs Limited. 3 Legs Limited is registered with the Isle of Man Data Protection Registrar. For credit card payments we use Protx as our payment gateway.
